ROSS TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- The man charged with raping two women in Ross Township and a third woman in Hopewell is facing federal charges.

A federal jury indicted Arthur Henderson on Tuesday for illegally possessing body armor.

Under federal law it is illegal for people convicted of a violent crime to own body armor.

Police said they found the armor on Jan. 11 when they were searching for Henderson in connection with the rape cases.

Henderson remains in jail without bond.
